Are you an experienced and meticulous butcher/deboner? Due to increased activity, we are looking for talented deboners who thrive in a multicultural and fast-paced environment.
Workplace: Fatland Jæren (Hommersåk), one of Norway's leading meat production companies.
Responsibilities:
As a deboner at Fatland you will:
- Debone, cut and trim beef parts, sorting of cuts
- Ensure product quality and output of the beef carcasses
- Helping the workflow run smoothly and supporting your team
- Following hygiene, food safety, and HSE routines
What we’re looking for:
- Experience as a butcher/deboner
- Ability to use knives, sharping tools for de-boning
- High degree of precision and focus on quality
- Good understanding of hygiene and safety requirements in the food industry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills in Norwegian or English

- Accurate, organized, and quality-minded
- Team player, positive, and self-driven
- Comfortable with physically demanding, fast-paced work
